Sweet Sunday

Well, I think it is high time I jumped back on the blogging train, don't you?  I really don't have an excuse for my lack of blogging other than LIFE!  Sometimes it gets the best of us!  So, thank you for sticking around and I am going to try my darndest to get back to daily posts.

We had a full, but wonderful day.  It started with Liz, Jeff, and I spending some time helping in our church's preschool.  My friend, Laurie, twisted my arm sweetly asked us a while ago to help out this summer.  Jeff's only stipulation was that he work in the baby room.  Another reason I love that man!  Liz and I helped with the four-year-olds.  Thank goodness I have one younger than four because my heart was breaking thinking that 3 of mine have already passed this magical age!

Then, Coco, Len, Liz and I headed for a quick bite to eat while Jeff and Baby A headed home for nap time.

Liz introduced me to Your Pie awhile back.  Have you had it?  Yum!!

Next, Liz went to see The Lucky One and the middles and I saw Chimpanzee.  Len, liked it and Coke had to use the bathroom twice.  I liked it, too.  I was sad when Oscar, the baby chimp, lost his mom and became an orphan.  You know this part of the movie hit home.  This is reality for so, so many children.  Luckily, Oscar is adopted.  Yay!

Then, the kiddos hung with me to run some errands and Jeff grilled us a yummy steak for dinner.
