Move It, Move It

So, one of my goals is to get moving.  I know I would feel better if I exercised a bit, but, honestly I am not one to get up early for anything (I already get up at 6 during the work week), I work full time, and I have 4 kids that need attending to in the evenings.  If anyone has excuses I do.  I would be as fit as can be if I was a stay at home mama (another reason to be jealous of them).  Anywho, Coco is happy as a clam to do Just Dance with me.  Love that boy.  I am calling it my workout.

(I had to run upstairs in the middle of our workout and came back down to see Coke pumping some iron.  Check out where he stashed his Wii remote.)
