Gettin' Crafty Wit It

Len and I did a quick Hobby to the Lobby run afterschool.  She came home with four more Webkinz (total is around 16 I believe) purchased with Christmas money and I came home with some paint and canvases ready to get my craft on with the kiddos.

The canvases were on sale (oh, how I love your sales, HL).  I did a quick tape up of the letters and then let the kids paint away!


I LOVE how it turned out!  It was simple enough for Baby A to participate and the girls got as complicated as they wanted with it.  I think each canvas shows each child's personality, too.  I didn't get a picture of Lizzy painting hers because she did it the next day.  She did a great job on the 'o'. 

The heart and chevron pieces were my therapy (along with a glass of wine).  Why don't I craft more often?  Oh, yeah, time.  But, this was quick, cheap, and the kids loved it!
