Finally Friday

Coco was his class star student this week!  His wonderful teacher cheered me on when I exclaimed, "I've got my picture for today already!" first thing this morning.  :)  (She is doing Project Life and we've talked about my quest for documenting this year for my kids.  I can't wait to see what she does with Project Life!)

 At the end of the school day we had our end of the quarter awards.  Coco was a mess.  First he melted in tears because he didn't get to hit the beach ball that was being hit around in the crowd. 

Then he cried because he didn't get an award (which I had already told him he wouldn't).  

 

 Then he finally snapped out of it when his sweet friend cheered him up by showing him his award (after I took this picture).

We're so glad it is finally Friday so we can get some rest!  How was your Friday?  Were you as tired as little Coco?  You take pictures of your crying kids at awards assemblies too don't you?
