Back to School (with smiles!)

All of the children were in a good mood this morning.  I was amazed!  They were up about 3 hours earlier than they had been getting up in the past week.

Liz began her second semester of high school.  Her schedule is pretty difficult, but I know she can do it!  I keep reminding her that she can do anything for a few months. 

Len was wearing her new uniforms she got for Christmas and, oh my, is this girl growing into a young lady right before my eyes!  She is all legs!

Coco went to hang out with me during my work day (our students come tomorrow) and enjoyed a Chick Fil A lunch and some social time with some of the teachers.  Such a friendly guy.  Two funnies from today.  1.  He wanted to know where the "brown lady" was in the cafeteria.  We love Ms. Claudette!  2.  He asked Ms. Cheri, my clerk, if she would show him her 6 pack. She was dressed in her workout clothes on her way to the gym at the end of the day. We got a good laugh out of that one.

Baby A, who is usually whiny and grumpy and wanting to be held in the mornings as we are rushing him through breakfast in an attempt to make it out the door in time, was twirling in circles singing Ring Around the Rosies!  

And I even got a kiss on the cheek from my sweet husband on his way out!  

So, a big thank you to those of you who prayed for us heading back to reality today!  Our morning went so smoothly and we all had a good day!
