2012

I've been trying to think of things that I would like to improve on in this new year.  Here is a brief list:

1.  Take more pictures, archive them, and get them printed.
Photobucket

I'm going to attempt Project 365 again and try to blog each day.  Here is my first picture!  I'm working on getting consignment sale items ready and came across a few pairs of training pants.  A is proud to be wearing some tonight!  Project 365 is a lofty goal as I work full time during the week, but I'm going to try!  I think if I don't worry about editing the pictures or having my camera settings correct before taking a picture, that will take some pressure off.  I'm going to look into Project Life or something similar in order to have our memories printed.  Lizzy has full scrapbooks through about 2nd grade and nothing after that and the other 3 have practically nothing in the way of a scrapbook!  I want to do a better job.

2.  Gain control of our finances.
Lots to say about this, but basically, I'm tired of living pay check to pay check.

3.  Show more appreciation.

4.  Read the whole bible.
I started an app on my phone in September, then got very behind.  I'd like to finish it this year.

5.  Do more for others.
I wasn't as involved in helping others and staying active with the plight of the orphan in 2011.  I want to do more.  Maybe even plan to go on a missions trip (with Dana!).

I know there are more things that I have thought about recently, but right now I'm being interrupted every 30 seconds, so keeping my train of thought is difficult.

It is back to work tomorrow, something I really dread.  I so enjoy my time home being able to focus solely on my role as a wife and mom.  But, going back to goal #2, it's off to work I go!  I hope you had a great start to 2012 today!
