39th Annual Children's Literature Conference

Wow. The conference was great! The highlight for me was hearing the authors and illustrators speak. Ian Ogilvy, Cynthia Kadohata, Brian Pinkney, David Weisner, and Mo Willemspresented. I did end up standing in line for Mo Willem's autograph. The only reason I did was because I was about 10 people back. I asked a complete stranger to take this picture and email it to me. I know my students will love to see the "proof" that I met Mo!
