On Saturday we all went to Norcross to visit some college friends. Jeff and I went to Montevallo with Sandy, Heather (both played volleyball with me), and Teddy (Heather's husband who played baseball with Jeff). We took the kids because we were headed to a get together with the GA Ethiopia Adoption group afterwards. It was a nice visit, but next time we won't take the kids along. Sandy's husband, Jeff, had to deal with a wound up Audrey who took to him immediately. Poor guy. Audrey thoroughly embarrassed me by spending half the time attached to Jeff's leg. Then the kids got hungry and Sandy had to dish out some snacks. They loved Sandy and Jeff's big dog and Aiden enjoyed exploring a new place. Avery got to hear a bit about how her dad was in college (not too flattering) and it is always fun to give Jeff a hard time about those things. We wished we could've spent more time with them, but it was off to our next event.
