Aunt Kee bought us all tickets to see Annie at the Fox. After a quick lunch at Kee's house, the girls, Kee, and I headed downtown. After parking we rode the "elerator" down to street level. Our seats were in the balcony and they were great! I'm not sure there is a bad seat in the Fox. The girls were totally into the show and I am so grateful to Carrie for taking us. It will be something they will remember forever. Audrey sat on my lap the whole time and at the end of the show was singing "Tomorrow" with the cast!
After the show we picked up Uncle Jeff and went to eat at The Flying Biscuit. Yum! Then Avery got a hair cut, just a trim although she said it was "so short!" And finally we ended the night with some ice cream at Coldstone.
We had a busy day, but it was so great to spend it with friends and more importantly Carrie and Jeff. Audrey was so sad to leave their house. But we've promised her a day filled with playing video games with Uncle Jeff and racing with Vinny soon.
Always gaming. Actually, this helped during intermission.
